    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. As already well elaborated by the Leader of the Majority Party, I rise to second and just mention that we have no war with the other House of Parliament. What we are doing is just being faithful and honest to the Constitution. If anybody thinks that we are fighting them, it is far from the truth. What we are trying to do is to help them so that they are not accused by Kenyans of misusing public funds. I do not think we are trying to do anything that is wrong. We are just being faithful to the law. With those remarks, I second."
