    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to support this Motion. As I support this Motion, we have to think outside the box because even the people who are on the land we are talking about have had the titles for a long time. You could go to the Ministry of Land, Housing and Urban Development with a green card, but you would be surprised to learn that the title had been given to somebody else. I think the Ministry of Land, Housing and Urban Development is the most corrupt in this country. We need to think of how the Ministry is going to put in place structures that will ensure that when somebody buys land and they get a title deed, nobody else should have that title; not when the real owner of the title is still alive and has not sold the land. So, a lot of things are happening at the lands office. Even at the land board, people connive with others to sell land that does not belong to The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
