    "content": "If I go to the document itself, in Articles 6 and 7 of the Agreement, parties, and in this case countries, are required to take action to enhance adaptive capacity, strengthen their resilience and reduce their vulnerability. These are very key and important features. We must have capacity to adapt, strengthen our resilience capabilities and be ready to reduce vulnerability to climate change."
