    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. Part of the reason for this amendment is to clarify that alternative land can be a measure of compensation. That if your land is compulsorily acquired, you can be given land in lieu of the land you had before. This amendment should be carried to give proper effect to that spirit."
