"content": "seen, in handling security. I am not worried to say so and I think these are some of the things that the Government should look into. It has been said in this report that we establish military training centres in these semi arid areas. Okay, it may be necessary for purposes of exercises and the like but should not just be a question of there is unoccupied land and then you establish military training centres because they have also caused havoc. These people do not care about the environment; they do their training and then they leave the unexploded ammunition. Those herds boys are illiterate who are not familiar with these strange ammunitions and then they just explode. We have heard of cases of people who have been injured and others killed and nobody is bothered even to compensate in the name that it is gazetted land. After all, that is community land which nobody gets in the first place; they just use because they are the Government. So, I want to say that even if we are going to open up military training grounds in those areas, or NYS but we must be seen to be supporting those communities. Our military has got all the equipment, they could use to construct halls and dams but they do not do that. In fact, they go and construct in their areas where they come from; so, when are we going to help those other communities. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
