Therefore, your humble Petitioners pray that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security: i) Recommends immediate deployment of more security personnel to enforce law and order along Kisii and Narok County borders; ii) Ensures that the Petitioners’ plight is addressed; and iii) Makes any other order or direction that it deems fit in the circumstances of the matter.
