    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity to comment on this Petition. In as much as we would like to get grounds for our forces to train so that they can be effective in their work, they should also be careful when they are handling weapons like grenades and military machinery, which are a danger to the communities in the areas where they train. They should be careful because they cannot live in isolation with the community. It is the community that gives up this land and so they should also benefit from the activities which go on there. In as much as officers are trained, the communities should also benefit. More so, they should guard the community. They should not dispose of material that could expose the communities to danger.
