In a ruling made by the United States of America (USA) Supreme Court on 24th April 1950in the case of Mullane versus Central Hanover Bank & Trust Co., 339 U.S. 306 (1950)the court held that notice must be “reasonably calculated, under all the circumstances, toapprise interested parties of the pendency of the action and afford them an opportunity topresent their objections”."
