    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I beg to second. The reasons have been well articulated by the Leader of the Majority Party. The only thing he has not said is that we needed to also deal with some issues so that we can have time next week to deal with the Budget Policy Statement (BPS) by engaging the various ministries. We need to clear our desk tomorrow morning and afternoon and next week we will be here in Committees to deal with what is pending bearing in mind that we have to finish the budget process by March in order for us to go for elections in August. That is the big reason."
