    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I tend to agree with Hon. Duale because this clause is the reason I was really holding this Bill in high regard. In as much as trying to curb corruption, we need to give private entities the room, space and the benefit of the doubt so that they can fight this vice. So, I do not support this deletion."
