    "content": "Thank you. I have had some conversation with the Leader of the Majority Party. We do not want the people to say that bribery happened in their place and the law excludes it. If bribery takes place, you should have put in place measures to ensure that it does not happen. It will be you to persuade the court that, indeed, you had put measures but unfortunately you do not know where the thieves came from. So, it is an evidential issue. It cannot be a legal question that you are given a waiver that it occurred and so you are saying: “There is nothing I could do.”"
