    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I beg to move: THAT, Clause 16 of the Bill be amended in sub clause (2) by deleting the words “to be proceeded against and punished accordingly” and substituting therefor the words “for prosecution”. We are seeking to clean the clause by removing the words which we thought did not correctly capture the spirit of the clause. So, “to be proceeded against and punished accordingly” should be replaced with “for prosecution”. The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
