"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I object this amendment. First of all, I believe it is unconstitutional. If we are not careful, we will open a door for people who blackmail others for all the wrong reasons. Honestly, how can you just come and say you suspect so and so and you put the investigative resources into that activity? The most important thing is you cannot have reasonable grounds without evidence. In criminal law or any law that affects somebody’s rights, there must be evidence. We cannot do things politically. What the Leader of the Majority Party is saying is that there were people who were cat walking. They have the agencies. Who has stopped them to investigate them if they have investigated others? It will be witch-hunt. In fact, it will be so dangerous. What are the parameters? That is the question."
