I have asked: Now that the Ugandan Government has refused to withdraw its security forces from Migingo Island as was agreed, why has the Kenyan Government not also maintained its security forces on Migingo Island to provide security to Kenyan citizens? I am not calling for war. I am asking why you are not providing security to Kenyan citizens on Migingo Island."
