    "content": "increased according to our socio-economic development, even the civil servants who have retired should have their pensions increased appropriately. Finally, the other provision that I find very interesting and very good in this Bill is that you can resign from the Civil Service but can later on join it. The normal practice has been that once you resign from the Civil Service, the chances are you will never join again. Now, there is a provision which allows you, that over time, you can reapply for any other job within the Civil Service. This is a very good and progressive provision of this Bill. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I wish to support this Bill very strongly."
