    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I was a bit concerned when the Assistant Minister said that we would go to the ICC. Anyway, he has corrected himself, although informally. We have been on this matter for far too long. Since this House has resolved on what the Government needs to do, and the Government has refused or failed to do it, could the Assistant Minister now tell this House categorically what steps the Government is going to take to reclaim this island once and for all, because it is in Kenya? It is in my constituency. Could he tell me when it is going to be reclaimed?"
