    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I thank Hon. Neto for bringing this very important Bill. It will be very important when it comes to screening of the refugees as they come in, and more so the issue of the right to education for every child who is a refugee in this country. When this child grows up, one day, maybe, the people that he will be relying on may not be there. So, they need education while they are in this country. The protection of women and the disabled is also very important. We should put structures in place to take care of the women and children who are in the refugee camps so that in future they can also contribute to the development of our nation, Kenya. The other thing is the integration of refugees into the communities. This will be very important because they will also be contributing when it comes to developing that area where they are integrated.
