This is very important because the reception officer will also help these refugees with information and help them understand what it means to become a refugee in Kenya. If we put these structures in place, we shall have the register where we will know the number of refugees we have. This will help when it comes to budgeting in the Republic of Kenya. With those few remarks, I support this Bill because it will be very crucial to us. I thank Hon. Neto for bringing this Bill to this House."
