Lusweti for bringing it to the House to improve the management of the FPE funds. A lot of infrastructure is not in place because most of the schools were put up in early 1960s. Classrooms are in poor conditions. When it rains, pupils are exposed to a lot of risk. Since schools do not have funds for renovating classrooms, they are forced to look for money in other offices.
