Before I say one or two words on this Motion belated as it may be, let me join the world leaders in sending my condolences following the demise of Fidel Castro, the leader of Cuba. As a medical doctor, I commend Fidel Castro for having put together probably the best health system in the world. As doctors and for what he did, we will really miss him."
