    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I was just relating an incident which we find very odd. I was sure in most constituencies, Members of Parliament have encountered where teachers demand that pupils should pay money for lunch. When pupils do not pay this money, they are sent home and yet the Government has paid for their tuition in primary schools and in secondary schools. The funds for subsidised secondary school education are first and foremost paying for tuition. I have asked teachers and we have had arguments on this.
