    "content": "infrastructure in most of the schools is very poor. Even if the Member of Parliament for the constituency tries, he cannot build classes in every known primary school in that constituency. I would urge the Government to increase this money for maintenance. At the same time the head teachers need to be urged to do better maintenance of infrastructure in school as opposed to buying say, one window or two doors. I support the Motion. However, I know that the Government will not afford employing bursars. I, therefore, ask that in every constituency we get two bursars to serve all the schools and at the same time every board of management to be trained in the handling of finances."
