"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The point is that the Assistant Minister is saying 96 per cent compliance to please the audience. The truth is that Mumias Sugar Company is not complying at 90 per cent. So, he is raising it to 96 per cent so as to please the audience. In the process of failing to be compliant, it is costing our farmers, Kshs899 million. Is he in order to defend the company to the extent of misleading the House that it is compliance at 96? Why does he not check to confirm? That is your own Board paper and it was chaired by the former Chairman, Mr. Obado, on 23rd November?"
