I beg to move: THAT, clause 10 of the Bill be amended by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the following paragraph— (a) by deleting subsection (1) and substituting therefor the following subsection- (1) The Authority may, in consultation with the Cabinet Secretary and by notice in the Gazette, set the threshold for any merger excluded from the provisions of this Part."
