Kaluma is a very distinguished Member of the Justice and Legal Affairs Committee and so, for him to have gone through what he went through over the weekend when we intend to discuss the Contempt of Court Bill, is just unfortunate. This should be dealt with as contempt of Members of Parliament at the face of it, and somebody should just be jailed."
