    "content": "these proceedings were ongoing in court and they want to cite the Speakers for contempt of court. As you know, this House has the constitutional mandate to debate freely. So, we do not want Speakers of the Houses to be gagged in any way. There must be freedom of expression in this House. We are saying, on the face of it, that the Speakers must not be accused of contempt of court at any time. This should be an exclusion with regard to this legislation so that you cannot bring contempt of court using this legislation against our Speakers."
