    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I rise to support the New Clause 34A. It protects the two Speakers of Parliament - the National Assembly and the Senate – as they are in charge of debate. It will give some independence to Parliament and also enable the two Speakers to preside over debates in the two Houses."
