    "content": "This is a very important Bill because it has established a tribunal. The tribunal is very important and I would like Kenyans to know that they have an opportunity to go before it. In Clause 18, which establishes the tribunal, the tribunal has been given jurisdiction to entertain matters that the NLC has not responded to. We have criminalised the acts of corruption that can be committed by persons who are transacting business in the tribunal or any other place where land matters are concerned.
