    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise in accordance with Standing Order No.145 (1) on withdrawal of Bills. We had published the Cyber Security and Protection Bill, 2016. We have subsequently consulted extensively with the Government and other stakeholders and agreed to republish a Bill that includes the views of everybody. We will not do that if I do not rise on Standing Order No.145 (1) to withdraw the Bill so that we can republish it."
