"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, Article 125 is a question of interpretation as to whether the person approaches the court for violation for a fundamental right in which the High Court enjoys an unlimited jurisdiction. In the case of violation of any constitutional issue on fundamental rights, the High Court then would have jurisdiction. It is just a question of interpretation, but to the extent that the High Court can attempt to injunct the Senate under Article 125, that, in my view, would be what we call an order issued per incuriam. It means issued in ignorance of the law."
