    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Chairperson for that elaborate response. I have several clarifications to seek. First, now that the Vice Chairperson of Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations has confirmed that the Governor indeed stormed a peaceful football match, could she tell us what steps the Government has taken to deal with this Governor? If not, could she indicate to this House whether it is legal for anybody to storm and disrupt other people’s functions? Secondly, with regard to the medical treatment that the Governor got, could she confirm whether Bomet County does not have guided cameras to do the surgeries? The Governor had indicated when he returned back that he underwent some medical treatment through guided cameras. Further, could she confirm to this House that those guided cameras are not found anywhere in this country to have necessitated him to go to South Africa for treatment?"
