    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I know she is talking about the very important road for the economy of the area. However, this is largely what informed the decision to upgrade this road from Class D to C. I am confident that now that road will attract much more funding for maintenance as opposed to the lower grade where it was only attracting a mere Kshs10 million annually as maintenance funds. I can assure the hon. Member that more resources will from now on after this new classification, be channeled for maintenance of that road."
