    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, the Statement is unsatisfactory because it does not answer all the questions that I had asked. I asked whether there was authorization for depositing the money in the bank, instead of it being used to meet the purposes for which it was allocated for by the Government and the measures that the counties are taking. The Chairperson has said that he has not been able to get answers from the counties. I sought this Statement in April this year. Ministries which are not devolved units normally respond to questions."
