We did not get an opportunity to receive any submissions from the Standing Committees of the Senate because of time. No Committee was able to submit their report. However, we made significant observations on the BPS. This is provided for here. I take the opportunity to thank the Committee Members and others who have provided us with information, including, the Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA) and the Council of Governors (CoG) who have given us an input; a written memoranda on this BPS.
