    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I also take this opportunity to commend the good residents of Nyamira County for having sought refuge in this “Upper House”. There are many issues which some of us as defenders of devolution and counties have been fighting for. I am happy now that we are reading from the same script with them in fighting for the rights of our people and making sure that accountability is finally dealt with expeditiously. I thank them very much and assure them that this House has no shortcuts; it will deal with the issues raised and make its recommendations accordingly."
