The only committee which has that mandate is the Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget which reads:- “To investigate, inquire into and all matters relating to coordination, control and monitoring of the county budgets--- Mr. Speaker, Sir, I request that you revise your directions under Standing Order No.1."
