"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to join you and my colleagues in welcoming the Deputy Governor of Murang’a County. I am happy to see him in the Speaker’s Gallery. The last time, I saw a story of him in the papers was that his office had been vandalized, and it had appeared as if it had something to do with the impeachment Motion of his governor in the Senate. I, therefore, hope that his office is up and running and that he is busy executing his responsibilities as the deputy governor and to call upon all governors to work hard and work together with their deputies."
