    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Ministry’s directives must be followed with tangible actions. Fees directives have been issued and schools like Alliance High have exceeded the fees deadline. A directive for a refund must be made. Is it possible that the Ministry walks the talk by making sure that parents are refunded or given a credit for the school fees that they have paid in excess of the guidelines offered by the Ministry? Otherwise the directive is like talking to birds."
