    "content": " Order, Chairperson. This is a serious matter. There are few things that are very critical to manpower development of a country which also affects the income of parents. Every parent struggles to raise fees for their children. Each one of us here can confirm the veracity of these assertions. You are always called upon to fundraise and contribute to school fees. We did not want to get confused in a system of that nature. We want to make it abundantly clear that that is the correct position. You are giving the wrong position. The correct position is that there is an amount of money to be paid in one year. That amount of money should be spread across the three terms. Many fee statements have a fee structure for each of the three terms. So, tomorrow afternoon, you need to come with a clear statement and with sample of fees structures, including secondary school, because you have only given for the teachers training colleges. It might appear basic to you as a former principal, but with the poor Kenyans out there struggling to get their children to school is a matter of life and death. Chairman, I demand you take this very seriously."
