The issue here concerns a person who is locked in a foreign country and the family here really needs to know whether they can hire a lawyer to help him in the legal process. The delay is causing a lot of anxiety. It is my wish that the response is given tomorrow and I will ask for the indulgence of the Chair.However, if it is not there, commit the Committee through the Senate for the Cabinet Secretary of Interior and Coordination of National Government to appear on this matter."
