Could the Chairman, in his response, tell this House whether he will engage the Ministry to ensure that no schools, coupled with adequate resources are promoted to national level, but with clear criteria that in densely populated areas, a specific quota is set aside for children from those counties? This is so that they are not dispossessed of the opportunity to go to schools that their parents have painstakingly built over the period."
