To start with the last one, I am not satisfied that the National Treasury has taken into account the concerns of the Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget and this House with regard to the regulations for the Equalization Fund. It is a matter that we are still pursuing. The National Treasury has been elusive on this matter and it seems to be under siege on this matter, but we will continue to insist that the 10 per cent and other issues that we have raised are addressed by the National Treasury.
