    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I also thank the Leader of the Majority Party. On the Statement read by Hon. Johnson Naicca, as we get into the electioneering period, concerns such as what he has raised, especially breaches in security are issues that need to be taken absolutely seriously. I have been on the Floor of this House and one of the weaknesses I have identified in the current Constitution is the fact that CSs do not sit here. I say this because issues such as the one that has been raised by Hon. Johnson Naicca and you and I had the privilege to sit in the 10th Parliament, were the sort of issues that you would get hold of a Minister and he would give a programme of action and it was dealt with. But be that as it may, we are dealing with a unique circumstance when that is not possible. A way has to be found where security apparatus of this country must up their game particularly as we get to the electioneering period."
