    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 4 of the Bill be amended- (a) in the proposed paragraph (e) by inserting a new subparagraph immediately after the proposed paragraph (iv) as follows- (v) two persons appointed by the Minister who shall possess such knowledge and experience as the Minister considers beneficial to the Board from amongst producers and trade unionists whilst giving consideration to gender balance; (b) renumbering the proposed subparagraph (v) as subparagraph (vi)."
