That comes from the fact that while universities and institutions of higher learning provide academic experience, they are very weak with regard to practical experience. With all due respect, I plead with my good friend, Hon. Ichung’wah, that he cannot have a board of such a commission completely not providing space for professional representatives or professional bodies in this country. It is definitely going to cause a problem. There must be some sort of accommodation. Even if you just take the umbrella body or whatever it is, at least find accommodation for the composition of the Commission.
