The Committee Chairperson, we have already passed an amendment on Clause 5 by the Member for Kikuyu that talks about the accreditation of academic programmes, including postgraduate degrees, honorary degrees and diplomas, including postgraduate diplomas. Technically, your amendment is dropped because we had already passed the issue of diplomas under Clause 5. Technically, the amendment you have moved is in futility because we have already done the amendment by the Member for Kikuyu and passed it. It is actually a technical thing."
