    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 5 of the Bill be deleted and substituted with the following:- 5. Section 3A of the principal Act is amended- (a) in sub-section (1) by deleting the expression “(b) and (c)” appearing after the words “appointed under paragraphs” and substituting therefor “(b), (c) and (d)” and (b) deleting sub-section (3) and substituting therefor the following- (3) The chairman and the members of the Board to whom this section applies shall hold office for a period of three years and shall be eligible for re-appointment for one further term of three years."
