    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, the following clause be inserted immediately after Clause 5— Amendment of section 5A. Section 8 of the principal Act is amended in subsection 1 8 of No. 42 of 2012. by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (a)— “(aa) is absent from three consecutive meetings of the Commission without the permission of the Chairperson, or, in the case of the Chairperson, the permission of the Cabinet Secretary.”"
