    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 13 of the Bill be amended by deleting the proposed subsection (3) and substituting therefor the following- (3) The ad valorem levy collected under subsection (2) shall be apportioned as follows- (a) fifty per cent shall be applied by the Board in the manner provided in section 19; (b) forty per cent shall be remitted directly to the Tea Research Foundation of Kenya; and (c) ten per cent shall be used for the development of infrastructure for the tea industry."
