    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, this is to thank the Minister for bringing this Bill and also hon. Kones because it was the pressure of his Tea Bill, which got the Government to act with speed. I want to very shortly point out that this is only phase one of the reform of the tea sector. We have the Tea Development Authority (TDA) which brings the small scale farmers together. This Bill will regulate and improve governance in the tea sector. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
